I did notice that although you filled the keg with CO2 when you pushed the sanatizer out, you didn't top up the keg with CO2 to make sure the headspace was void of air that could ahve entered while filling with beer. I know CO2 is heavier, but my process of venting the CO2 a few times prior to force carbinating I feel is better. Otherwise nice job.
